Full Refund — Eligible Cases
You are eligible for a full refund if: (1) Your IDP is refused by a car rental company or law enforcement in any country, (2) Your application is rejected by our team due to document quality issues and re-submission fails, (3) You request a refund within 48 hours of payment before your application is processed.
Partial Refund — Eligible Cases
A partial refund (50%) may be issued if: (1) You request a cancellation after your IDP has been issued but before it has been used, (2) Your physical NFC Kit is returned unopened.
No Refund — Ineligible Cases
Refunds will not be issued if: (1) Your IDP was refused because your original domestic driving license was expired or invalid, (2) You submitted fraudulent documents, (3) You refused to provide valid documents for re-verification, (4) More than 30 days have passed since the issue date.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your Application ID and reason for refund. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
