Terms of Service — Driving International Association

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Driving International Association platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. IDP Validity

An International Driving Permit (IDP) issued by us is valid only when accompanied by your original, valid national driving license. The IDP does not replace your domestic driving license.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and hold a valid driving license from your country of residence to apply for an IDP.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee. If your IDP is not accepted for any legitimate reason anywhere in the world, contact us within 30 days for a full refund. Refunds are not issued if the IDP was used or if the rejection was due to user error (e.g., expired domestic license).

5. Document Accuracy

You are responsible for submitting accurate and genuine documents. Submitting fraudulent documents is illegal and will result in immediate cancellation without refund and may be reported to authorities.

6. Delivery

Digital IDPs are delivered via email within 2–4 hours of approval. Physical NFC Smart Kits ship within 24 hours of approval. Delivery times for physical kits are estimates and may vary by destination country.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any fines, penalties, or legal consequences arising from improper use of the IDP. The IDP must always be presented alongside the original domestic license.
